TWIN´S HOME

After years of working experience in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Thailand, Thomas and Mathias settled down in a charming 1970s villa situated in the heart of Bangkok. Without altering the soul of the house, they remodeled it and opened the dream they always had: a place for their creativity that they can call home and invite their guests and friends to discover their renewed vision of German gastronomy.



PHILOSOPHY

Sühring showcases the best of modern German fare inspired by childhood memories, family recipes and years of travelling experience combining the essence of traditional dishes with contemporary Central European influences. All elevated to the level of haute cuisine. Mathias, Thomas and the Sühring team invite their guests to their home, offering a warm hospitality in a relaxed, yet elegant environment.

The more dynamic “Kitchen�is a very unique place. There you can discover the bustling heart of the kitchen together with your friends, colleagues or family, enjoying a direct view of the twins and their team crafting your culinary journey. The Kitchen is reserved for the Sühring Experience.

The “Speisekarte�offers a more classic dining approach where one can enjoy a limited selection of the twins cooking. Share with your friends and family or individually indulge in a dinner crafted by your own preference.

WEINKARTE


Our “Weinkarte�focuses on old world wines from relatively cool climate regions such as the Rheinhessen, Pfalz, Burgenland, Alsace and Burgundy. We appreciate wines grown with a respect for nature, wines with complex mineral flavors and wines that tell a story about the place they’re from, sometimes also about the man or woman behind them. This is why our wines are preferred to come from organic and biodynamic viticulture. Those wines go better with our food, and feel better on our palates.
